One mic multiple outputs

Hi guys,

I'm super new into the world of audio stuff. I want to start streaming but I also have ham radios. I know this is kind of weird. Can I have one microphone and have multiple outputs to my computer to obs and to my radios. The radios have an 8 pin connector but I think I could make or buy an adapter. So far the equipment i have picked out because I'm on a budget is the focusrite scarlet solo and the tonor t20 kit. I know i would need other or different gear. Any suggestions?

Yeah that's pretty much it. Sorry i had absolutely no idea ho to word this in a manner people who aren't in my head would understand
