Not a theoretical question, btw. Looking seriously.

My only reservation is that I’ve gone from Harbeth 30.2 Focal Kanta 3 to my current Rockport Atria ii’s. Not sure about the swing back a more British sound. Will I lose much detail? Am entranced by my new Autograph Minis…

The Tannoy Eatons are standmounters, however they are gargantuan and sound great with no loss of detail, with full body sound. They are the cheapest of the Legacy series @ $5500, however that price was increased due to covid and inflation.
I never heard the GRF, but the Kensington is a wonderful speaker on all types of music.
Look into Fyne Audio, started by ex-Tannoy engineers, located in Scotland. I know one individual who replaced his Tannoy Canterbury SEs with Fyne 703s and couldn't be happier.
