Running Springs Audio Harley

Hi Audiogoners,
I am having the RSA power conditioner which I purchased secondhand several years ago. It was running very good until today. When I turn on the Allnic L3000 preamp and H3000 phono stage, the units turned on but off right away. I tried several times and the same thing happened. To be sure it was not the problem on the preamps, I connected the two preamps directly to the wall outlets and they were working as normal.
I think the problem was on the RSA unit. I tried to search for the company but could not find the company’s website. Does anybody know any info about the company please?
Thank you,
Calvin

I can’t speak from personal experience with Puritan Audio conditioners, but depending upon your budget you might want to check out either their 136 or 156 model. Type in Puritan Audio in the Form search bar for a fairly recent thread on them. Also you can search on Audio Circle under power conditioners. They seem to have a lot of very happy owners. Archon Audio is a dealer that sells them, there may be others (I’m not affiliated, just providing some info).
I have both the Hailey and a Jaco. I bought them both new or as show demos actually. Mine have been working fine but as mentioned the company is dead, which is a shame. One of the features of the RSA products were the high end capacitors that the original design engineer developed and produced. At one time they were sought after as a high performance piece.
You may try a repair shop to see if they can be repaired, but obviously OEM parts are not going to be available.

good luck

I really wanted to look inside the RSA Haley but I cannot open the cover. The company used some kinds of fastener which I cannot use the usual common tools to open it up. Do you know what do the RSA used for its unit?
Thanks,
