@herman the election was over. That’s why the numbers were dropping. Also, the heart disease, obesity and tobacco use are personal choices like you said. That was exactly my point. They’re all preventable. And it happens every year. And no one talks about it. In fact more highly processed, sugary foods are put out into the market.

Why do people try to leave socialist countries by the millions every year by coming to America? Seriously, how old are you? You sound like you're in the 18 - 25 bracket where you've been indoctrinated by liberal schools to hate America because that's exactly what people in that age group feel. Who the hell defends socialism? If you like it so much go to one of those socialist countries.
