CD player as a transport

If you could choose a CD player to use as a transport, which would you choose, and why would you choose it. Used is fine, under $350 is my budget
My Hint6 has a nice dac onboard

Get a transport that uses a still obtainable Philips laser mech, forget slot loaders, they are cheap computer mechs. Cheers George
