What's up with TMR Audio?

Hello Forum,

Last Saturday I purchased several Naim components from TMR Audio.  My credit card was charged and since then there has been no follow up email or shipping info.  I called TMR Monday and Tuesday multiple times only to get "we're closed" recording (I called durning their operating hours).

This is disconcerting to say the least.  Typically when this happens a company has gone out of business (stops communicating with customers, does not answer phone).  Has anyone else had issues with TMR Audio in the last few days?  I've sent multiple emails and they have gone unanswered.

I'm going to have to contact my credit card company and see if I can get the charges reversed.  This has been a very disappointing experience... I was eager to receive my new Naim components.

i am not totally sure what their business model is and how well they are doing, but in my two smallish dealings with them they have been exemplary in service and communication
i have purchased phono stage from them at least not less $2500 pricing went well   Salesman Nick good to deal with. Last week I bought phono cable $192 price went well. I made an offer on Silver Audio it was accepted when I was about to pay via PayPal. It won’t go thru, chat with Karolina to let Nick send me invoice via PayPal, no invoice till next day, Per chat Nick is on the meeting. That day. The next day I chat with Adrienne, she said it’s sold, I said to me? She said no, to other guy, She said I have to pay first so it will sold to me, I did try , My guess the cable was sold when they accepted my offer.I am not upset, it’s not meant to be mine.TMR is a good Audio place to shop. At times things doesn’t always go smoothly,Thanks Adrienne.
