@slaw  - Yes, quite the surprise. The guy's had them for sell for a month on local Craigslist. Kept dropping the price to a point where I just couldn't take it anymore. Finally said f@# it, and went and picked them up today at lunchtime.

They are really beautifully built speakers. Pretty large floorstanding 4-Way design with the infinite slope crossover, on casters. They are probably a little large for my room. I think they are overloading the space a bit. Will play with them for a while to see if they can replace the Infinitys (doubt it) and will pass them along to the next guy if I don't love them (as I did with the Vandersteen 3s).
I still have some fishing trips lined up.  Departing Sept 6 and returning Sept 9.  Departing Sept 26 and returning Sept 29.  That's it for the season.  I wish I could attach a picture of the biggest yellowtail I have ever caught.  It was not my best trip last week, but the yellowtail was my biggest ever, by far.  Then I have hand surgery scheduled for Oct 4th.  Damn it!!!
I should be healed and through PT in time for ski season.

Plenty of vinyl to spin and plenty of time to spin it.  I love to mix up all the pleasures in life.  Oh, and I still need to get in a couple more mountain day hikes, of at least 8 miles each.  All before it snows again.

Damn COVID, f^%*n  up my retirement.  But I am back at it and hope to make up for some lost time.

Be healthy, enjoy the music, enjoy life!
