I just watched a video made by an acquaintance of mine about his time in Vietnam as part of Operation Phoenix.   I have known Roger for about 10 years and I knew he was retired Army but had no idea what he had done during the war.     I am not trying to make any political statement but if you are interested, the interview can be found in the link below.
