The Nash Ensemble - The Chamber Music Of Malcolm Arnold #2. Hyperion 1986 UK release

Listening to "Pet Sounds" now. Trying to figure out which version I have. It's a Capitol Records, mono, T-2458. When I get it off the platter, I'll see if I can discover anything on the label or in the runout.

@reubent

According to Discogs, most with that # were the original release from 1966, but they did reissue in 2008 on 180g. The reissue used the old Capitol label also, with the ‘rainbow’ ring. There was also a 2016 reissue by Capitol.

If you have access to Discogs, the dead wax info would identify it, but it will take a bit of work as there are numerous releases with that number.

@bkeske  - Brian, thanks. I'm working on it. It's definitely a modern reissue on heavy vinyl. Will check the deadwax runout for more info. Been checking all of the releases on Discogs. Haven't found it yet...
