Good to hear your recovering well Jim. Bummer about your aunt, I'll pray for her.

Sump pump went out so I'm cleaning up some excessive water. Not a terrible situation (floor is slate & the water didn't migrate far), but a PITA nonetheless. We've had a lot of precipitation here the last couple weeks & currently are in the midst of a winter storm, so that doesn't help. About a dozen albums currently drying out that will not be collector items 🙄 but it could have been worse. Anyway, no issue with the electronics so listening while I work.

Pink Floyd-The Final Cut 1983 Col

Funny about this record. I was in high school when it came out. My gf at the time used to listen to it nearly every night as we talked on the phone. Used to give her a hard time about it, I’ve never acknowledged it as a Floyd album. A year later Roger’s solo record “The Pros and Cons of Hitchhiking” came out. Told ya Janelle, Final Cut is a Waters solo album.

Either way, with the lights off and only the glow of a single candle and a pair of blue meters in the room, it sounds awfully good to my ears. I hope you are doing well these days Janelle, wherever you are.

The Nils Lofgren album - "Acoustic Live" is da bomb! Fantastic songs and heavenly sound quality. A true audiophile and music lovers album.

For anyone unfamiliar, at least stream it and check it out.
