Best Phono Preamp Under $5k

I've given up on my digital experiment and I'm looking for a new (to me... I prefer used equipment) phono preamp. I'll be using it with an AnaMighty Denon DL103 mod and one of their step ups, so the MM section is key.

They price it either below $4k or above $7k. They probably know that a buyer looking for a 3-4k phono is ready to take a compromise, so give it to him. Those looking for a proper grown up phono will somehow beg, borrow or save up to pay $7k. So keep the $5k zone fuzzy!
