@bkeske That Mendelssohn one of my favorites.  I have 2 or 3 different versions including the film score from the Woody Allen movie (which is excellent).  Do you have a favorite version?

That is probably my favorite….that I have…James. It is also the most complete. Other versions I have are condensed snipits, including Szell/Cleveland.
 

 

@reubent I’m sure you’ve checked the usual online sources - looks tough.  Called our LRS and they’re also out.   If you haven’t already, ask plaid room if they have a scratch and dent copy.  I’ve got a couple of RSD titles that way.  

Yeah, I have an OP Szell/ Cleveland Orchestra too.  Will look for that Ormandy.
