Just curious if any of you are using a device like this?

Came across a discussion on one of the other forums on this topic, and was wondering if anyone is using this type of device?

Any real benefit?

I think just running cables in on your system would suffice.

Not sure I would call them audiophiles but rather consumers.

A true audiophile is about the music not equipment.

If you deny that cables change as they are used then of course such a device is nonsense. If you believe, as I do, that cables change as you use them such a device is not silly and could be useful.

Oh and by the way it isnt the copper that changes it is the dielectric. At least this is the theory.

A true audiophile cant get to the music without equipment. Nothing stupid about wanting to get to a certain point as quickly as possible and until you have tried such a device some would argue you should be excluded from this conversation.

I use a Audiodharma device to burn cables in for my clients and am a believer. But of course what do I know I only use a device often and compare untreated with treated cables on a regular basis.

@audition__audio only asked the question why are you so offended?

Guess reading is fundamental.

I wasnt offended one bit. And my response wasnt directed  only at YOU. All you have to do is take a quick glance at most if not all of the responses. Key thing is if these respondents have actually experimented with such devices. I can tell you definitively many dismiss such things out of hand.
