I believe what you are looking for are the “LEDR” tones. I have found them on a “Nordost System Setup” disc and also on the “Chesky Jazz Audio Sampler and Setup” album. Do a google search for the “LEDR tones”. Also there is a good write up of applying the LFDR tones with some visual illustrations in the middle of the 11 page long “The Audio Beat Optimizing Speaker Placement” that can be found as a PDF download. Speaker setup: Looking for Golden Sound Test Tones
I am looking for a file with the test tones used in this video Speaker Placement with Test Tone or something similar.
The track is used to set up your speakers. If they are set up correctly the sound will move from the outside of your left speaker and slowly move to the outside of the right speaker.
I like the simplicity of playing 9 test tones instead of trying to find a piece of music that has it all.
I need a file to place on my roon core.
