I'm curious about the Schiit Audio Modi 3e

I'm familiar w/ the Modi 3, Modi 3+ and current Modi +, but what is the Modi 3e?

On another forum a member said the 3e was a European version...though it’s available in NA. Sounds logical to me. I like my aging Modi 3 and think a logical up grade would be to bypass the Modi+ and move up to their MultiBit2.
