… using with an Audible Illusions Modulus L1 pre and several different speakers including Zu Audio ODW II and several other small, lower sensitivity higher end monitor speakers (Dynaudio, Usher, Revel, Totem, among others)

Comparing a NAD to a McIntosh is silly they are so different and designed for different listeners, users, and buyers.

you almost got it right. But M goes first, before N, the rest are in the right order.
