please do not panic. Since you already rebooted your modem and router, please power down the N10 for 10 minutes and restart it. Ensure all Ethernet cable connections are tight. Please confirm the Conductor App connects to the N10.
if N10 still does not connect to the Internet, please send an email to support@audiogon.com.
