Wireless transmission from computer to speakers?

I'm a bit confused about what's available. The wireless products I've found seem to only transmit to speakers that are part of the original package.

Is there a product out there consisting of a transmitter that plugs into my computer and a receiver that plugs into an external speaker system (nothing to fancy, just Creative standard + sub)?
