Paradigm whole studio system

There is a guy near me in Fresno selling his whole Paradigm studio speaker system.
What should I look for in purchasing used speakers?

Listen to them. If they look and sound fine, then they are okay. See if the seller has original box, manual or receipt. I like to know how old they are.
