Thiel Owners

Guys-

I just scored a sweet pair of CS 2.4SE loudspeakers. Anyone else currently or previously owned this model?
Owners of the CS 2.4 or CS 2.7 are free to chime in as well. Thiel are excellent w/ both tubed or solid-state gear!

Very nice System! Thank You for citing your Cabling system as well. Interesting move from M.I.T. to Morrow.  Good to read that it was a worthy upgrade.

Consult Mr. Rob Gillum at CSS for possible upgraded woofers that replace original Thiel SmartSub SS2.

Bog Thiel fan. Have had 2.3s and 2.4s.  Currently have 3.7s with 2 Rel s/5 SHO subs.  Have listened to lots of speakers in an attempt to upgrade but the only speakers I have heard so far that I liked better were some Wilson Sashas.  I didn't feel it was worth dropping $50k for a marginal improvement.
