Thiel CS1.6 How to remove woofer?

I’m not sure what you originally paid for the damaged speakers, but I think the cost to repair them will be well worth it. One of the last genuine Jim Thiel designs.

Epilogue:  The drivers were toast.  Sent To Coherent Source Service and had them rebuilt and just now re-installed the woofers.  I've come to the conclusion that the fiberglass doesn't have to come out as I put it all back in (the large piece posteriorly) but you have to have arms like an orangutan to either remove or replace the speakers (35 sleeve length and I just BARELY was able to reach ).  I'm assuming that white is positive (not like house wiring where white is neutral).  Now I have to connect them and see if I screwed up anything in the installation.  What we do for love!
