How to PM someone

I’m also using an iPad, and there’s a clear option to send a message from the drop-down menu.

@ghdprentice @mitch2  I followed your instructions and it just brings me to the users feedback page with no option anywhere to “Send Message.”

If you see this page after clicking on the username (did you mean the user's avatar?), select "Market Feedback ->"

It will take you to this page:

Clicking "Send Message" will bring up a box for you to send a message to that user.

Well, going to Explore and member lookup didn’t work and I got no option to send a message. Also, hitting marketplace feedback under a username also didn’t give the send message option either. Don’t know why. But @mitch2 was right — I couldn’t PM off the initial post but the drop-down option to send a message was there when the OP sent another response to the thread. I can’t conceive of why you can’t PM someone off their original post — makes absolutely no sense to me whatsoever and just breeds completely unnecessary frustration and confusion. It’s right up there with having to hit the little triangle up at the top near the Discussion Forum banner to be able to post your system. Why is there not an option to just add your system under your own user page? Nah, that’d make too much sense — better to make it nice n obscure and confusing. 🤪🙃🙄
