Favorite scream in rock?
Robert Palmer lets rip a tremendous, rolling scream near the end of "Sneakin' Sally." "The fact is ... rrrooOOAAAHHHHH .... JUST BEEN CAUGHT."
What's your favorite scream, shout, or yell? Other than Roger Daltrey's, of course.

F. DEEP PURPLE - "Highway Star": Machine Head - 72 I'm pretty sure that this was the song that I drove my parents crazy with while I was in high school; and, that makes perfect sense when you consider that it's a song about sex and fast cars. And, to top it off, the song features screaming guitar, bass, and keyboard solos; plus, one of the ultimate screaming lead singers in Ian Gillian. He is well known for causing parents burst into their child's bedroom and demanding to know "what is all of that screaming about?" |
