Egglestonworks Andra I & II question for those with a lot of knowledge

Hello all, 

I'm a very happy new owner of a pair of Egglestonworks Andra speakers. Well, at least I was sold what I was told were the original version (Andra I) but that they (The store in question was a resellor for a long while and these are left over store demo speakers) had upgraded the speakers to the tune of thousands of dollars. They made it sound like their in-house expert had done the work.

Anyway.... Looking at my speakers they physically look like Andra II not Andra I -

No rear porting.

Bottom of speaker box below woofer slopes back like the Andra II vs the Andra I where the bottom of the speaker box and therefore woofer sits quite close to the floor.

My speakers can be bi-amped while the original Andra was sold with single binding posts.

Those are the visual clues I have. So having said all that I do know that Egglestonworks did offer original Andra I owners the option to send the speakers back to have them upgraded to Andra II specs - at the cost of almost $3,000US I believe - but what exactly this included I don't know. Did it include a modified or new Speaker box???  For those that actaully had this upgrade done can you speak to what was actually done?

My guess/assumption is that these are upgraded Andra I's - and if I'm right I'd be curious to know what if any difference there is between an upgraded Andra I and the Andra II? Unfortunately the shop I bought them from didn't have any records of what had been done or the speaker's history at all.

And lastly, yes obviously you'd say go call Egglestonworks and get the answer! Well I've tried calling multiple times and can never reach anyone. I've also emailed but no reply... If someone can put me in touch with them that would be fantastic. 

I'd love to know simply out of curiousity. I love the speakers, they are fantastic.
