Power for two subs.

Hi, 

I’m thinking of adding two subwoofers and of course both require power. 

I have duplex outlet with one outlet used for my amplifier. 
That leaves only one outlet for two subs. Will a generic power strip suffice?

Do I need to purchase a conditioner? I really do not want to spend more than $350.00 if that.

ADD POWR POWR BAR 8 A/C strip conditioner. 

look in audiogon classified for a smoking good deal.

It appears that the power cord is hardwired to the Furman?

I have two of the Furman PST-8. One for my system and one for my IP phone and modem. They are plugged into a gold plated outlet I got a deal on. One unit also puts a breaker on the coax signal from my antenna.

we added a whole house surge protector ! i did have a big tv fried some years ago fr lightning strike ! it was spectacular !  YES it CAN happen! ( luckily i extended the warranty and reported it the NEXT day ! ) 
good advice yes you can find what you need w/ out spending a lot ! 

this one has 8 outlets and is only $69 add a couple simple L brackets you could mount it anywhere!  a chi-com bargain!

I live in the lightning capital of the United States and plug my large amps directly into the wall socket. I have a whole house surge suppressor at the meter so unless lightning hits my house then hits my electrical wiring, I’m pretty safe. Plus the large amount of insurance I have plus the warranty with the surge suppressor, I’m good.
