Selling collection directly in the pacific northwest?

I kinda get the feeling that Hawthorne Stereo is getting out of used gear... For the past few months they’ve only had few new listingsand half of them are garbage, as if they’re flipping stuff they had to take in as part of a larger deal. 

In greater Seattle, check out Gig Harbor Audio. In Portland, definitely Echo Audio. They’re a bit idiosyncratic but you’ll like them. Their pricing is realistic. There’s also Fred’s Sound of Music.

I tried to sell a few things through Echo, they are good for buyers. They offered about a third of ebay prices. TMR offers about 50-60%.

I can help you read. Item x on ebay sells for 100 dollars. Echo would offer 55 dollars for it. TMR would offer 55 dollars. Was it hard?

I've been very happy with TMR. They pay you about 65% of what they can sell it for, depending on how you want to sell. They also send a shipping label. Very easy and pleasant, and yes, you do get less than if you sell it yourself...they are especially effective on hard to sell items...
