Innuos Zen MK3 tips and tricks

I am purchasing an Innuos Zen MK3 with 1TB.  Will be streaming QoBuz and ripping CDs Qobuz doesn’t have, mostly extras from box sets and live sets.  I will be using the Innuos app controlling the unit from my iPad.  Please share any tips or tricks you’ve learned from running a similar setup.  For example, settings for ripping CDs etc.

Don’t skimp on ETHERNET CABLES OR USB ,

YOU NEED A LINEAR POWER SUPPLY TO YOUR ROUTER ,DIGITAL IS NOT GROUNDED  I BOUGHT A LINEAR TUBE AUDIO LPS AND COMES WOTH A EXCELLENT DC CABLEB USE A DECENT POWER CORD , AND YOUR ETHERNET HUB , AT MINIMUM A $600 SB-6 ETHERNET HUB ,

GOOD POWER CORDS GIVE YOU MUCH BETTER ISOLATION AND RESOLUTION LINNE CONDITIONER ALSO , I USE A AQ NIAGRA 3000

looking to buy the 5000 soon  though  a upgraded Ethernet hub ,is on my short list.

I got a 6A Ethernet cable made to length and tested with the results included from Blue Jeans cable and a USB cable from Pine Tree Audio.  Excellent cables reasonably priced.

So the secret hiding place for an inadvertently muted system in the QoBuz Connect setup is in the server selection page. When you click on a song, at the very bottom of the page underneath the Play icon is a view of the device it is playing on. If you clicik on it, it takes you to the "Selected Device" page on your phone app (I am using an iPhone). And at the very bottom of the page is a sound bar for the volume and a mute button which one does not usually use, I bet, since we have other ways to modulate the volume. Look there is your sound is wonky. I attached an image of the screen grab to demonstrate. Othe glitches with QoBuz Connect so far are leading me to simply playing the app through Sense as I did before.
