What is a good all around high quality speaker to purchase?

I'm looking for a high performance all around musical speaker. My previous speakers are:

Bose 501 - I was young and they served a purpose

Infinity SM150 - terrible from the start

Boston Acoustics T1000 - actually a nice all around speaker

Polk SDA-SRS1tl - loved the full sound, not accurate at all

Thiel 2.3 - Very dry sounding

B&W N802 - perhaps my favorite, but needed to be played loud

Thiel 3.7 - I think Jim's cancer affected his hearing

B&W 802D - 1st gen, still have.....please stop my ears from bleeding

 

What do you suggest?

I listed my Yamaha ns5000’s because my wife says they don’t work in the living room decor. They acquit themselves well enough for me to contemplate keeping them and selling the Blades instead. Currently playing The Verve, urban hymns and can’t help but be captivated by the playback

@steve59 A shame that you have to let them go.

For any interested buyers. This is a great speaker and my end game speaker which I also own.

Will crush anything on your given list.  Passive version allows you use of your mono blocks.  Good hunting.

.Nowadays I have found Dynaudio has shifted towards a more forward sound, not bright but more forward than previous lines (this was with the Excite line). I think Evoke has been a step back in the right direction. Have never heard Contour or Confidence. 

Dynaudio Confidence, at least the bookshelf speakers, have amazing soundstage.
