SAE two t3u tuner....any thoughts?

Supposedly this is the only analog tuner ever made by SAE...any feedback?

They looked better than they sounded. The SAE "Two" stuff was an attempt to bring the company back from the dead and was a price point offering IIRC. I'd pass.
