Conrad Johnson EV1 users manuel

Hello

I've just buy a Conrad Johnson EV1 but I don't have the users manuel and I don't know how to adjust the cartridge load. Is there someone who could mail me this users manual ? I've sent a message to conrad Johnson but never had any answer.

My english is not good enought to call in USA. I should prefer to get a PDF of the users manual. But as I can see it's not easy...........
