McIntosh MC402 power cord

Can any of you guys offer any advice on a power cord for my MC402 to milk some extra bottom end out of this amp while preserving a smooth but detailed mid and upper range? I do realize that this effect is cumulative within a system's components and inherant cables but give me some suggestions for a used one under 500 beans. Thanks. Dave

Vh Audio flavor 4 would be my first try. Its neutral and has great bass attack. Check the reviews.

From my experience, this amp has a lot of bass with stock cords, it's not punchy, but it's deep. Thats macs sonic sig, I would look elsewhere than the PC.
