XLO responsiveness

Has anyone ever received an e-mail response from XLO? Its Web site says someone will respond within 24 to 48 hours. That sure hasn't been the case when I've sent e-mails inquiring about products. I'm still waiting. Thanks.

They shouldn't bother posting an e-mail address and say someone will respond within 48 hours. I'm all about accountability and credibility. XLO should be, too.

This just shows how important customer service is to secure more sales. No matter how good the product is, there are always competitors around. XLO should remove that email address, or maybe this is a rare isolated case.
