Affordable Power Cords

I found that the Power 3 provided as large a benefit as some cords that I've tried AND own(ed) that cost 4X the retail price of the Power 3. My experience leads me to believe that ability AND synergy are what really are at play, not some psychological gobbledygook that's all the fashion these days.

I think a dealer that would intimate that a customers listening impressions are suspect is a bit MORE than suspect himself. Downright rude is the word for the practice IMO. Piggie indeed.

I found the Power 3 to have clear mids and highs but it's bass was lacking. I think the upper VD cords are better. I settled on Synergistic Research new Tesla series which I thought performed better in my system. The T1 and T2 are VERY flexible and offer a lot for the $$$. Chack it out and get a demo and compare to the VD cords.

After trying VD Power 3 for abt mth, replacing my pricey aAcrolink 7N-PC7100 which I used it to power my exactpower condition and swapping it with my Harmonix X-DC studio PC which I used to powered my Raven AC powersupply, its definitely not the last word on details, soundstaging etc. However for anybody looking for an affordable PC, its certainly no brainer. Construction wise its 1st class, heavy and stiff but manageable. Now I m using it to powered my DVD player. Well worth the selling price
