Wilson Benesch Curve/act

Can either of these be placed fairly close to a rear wall?

I only have about 12 to 16 inches and 7 feet apart.

If not any other ideas for an excellent speaker?

I have Act I. About 15-20 inch from wall. Works fine. No real problem. Of course if I could pull out more, soundstage would be better. Also, I only use it at realitively moderate level. If you like music really loud, you might need more space.
