Miller Kreisel?

I have developed an interest in Miller Kreisel subs and I probably need to talked down from the ledge. The company went bankrupt once and cited counterfeit product as responsible for bankruptcy. Any comments on quality, characterstics of this sub?

I just sold 2 M&K KX10 SE subs that I used with Lipinski monitors. For 8'' drivers they really kicked. I now have Wilson floorstanders so I sold the subs. The 12'' push pull work well too MX100.
