Rega Planar P25 - my specific configuration?

Hi. I have a Rega Planar 25 with an Exact 2 cartridge and a Clearaudio tone arm. Is the Exact and Clearaudio a stock configuration or are those upgrades?

Is there any way for me to identify which Clearaudio tonearm is on this turntable? It doesn't match any of the current photos on the Clearaudio web site.

If those are upgrades, approximately how much would those upgrades increase the value of the turntable?
