Kinergetics Chiro series amps worth it?

I have an opportunity to pick up a Kinergetics Chiro amp and processor. I know Kinergetics is out of business, but the price is attractive. I'd like to hear some opinions on the sound/quality of their amps. Thanks.

Surprisingly good solid state. Good dynamics, excellent bass. Top end lacks a bit of air but still very satisfactory. I would compare it with older Parasound amps. You could certainly do worse. YMMV
