Reliable tube integrated for $1000

I'm very comfortable with my selections in SS integrated amps (Naim, Creek, Rega, Exposure)but not too familiar with the tube gig.

I need 1 or 2 inputs, great reliability, self bias, no remote. Ideas?

I have efficient single-driver hemps for this "experiment".

I would do some research on the Cayin 50T. A superb amplifier overall and incredible for the price point, assuming 35 tube watts is enough for you - 88db or higher sensitivity and smooth impedance on your speakers.
If I were looking for an integrated in that range, I'd dive into the Vista Audio i34 integrated amplifier @ vista-audio.com
How efficient? You may also want to take a look at the Japanese made Almaro SET integrateds, their 318B is 18 watts. And has wonderful reviews on 6mooons.
If your single driver hemps are Omega loudspeakers, they pair very well with the Prima Lunas Prologues 1 &2. Omegas are fussy with solid state amps.
