Know anything about Bruce Moore preamps?

I recently acquired a Bruce Moore dual mono (I believe) preamp
that doesn't appear anywhere in any catalog or blue book.

The only identifying text on the face plate reads
"Blind Mellow Jelly." There is no serial or model #

It has a black brushed aluminum face plate w/L-R toggles for
Phono to Tuner - Bass to Flat - Source to Tape and L-R Power

the rear has L-R Main out - Tape out and Phono - Tuner and tape in
