Do USB micro-B cables matter for External HD's?

Using external HD's as a music library, does the quality of that usb to micro-B cable matter as a possible weak link in the high rez chain? No high quality USB to micro-B cables appear to exist? Comments appreciated. Thank you

Computer is reading HD data. Because timing is not involved it cannot affect sound quality. Since any cable emits ambient electrical noise good shielding is always desired. I wouldn't even worry about that unless your cable is in close proximity to audio system.
