Been getting into SLaughter and the Dogs, CHelsea,999, the Slits, and various other lesser known 70s punk uk bands...any others that come to mind?

loomisjohnson Details Discussions Posts This discussion Message User 1,948 posts 09-27-2010 at 09:04pm Copy Comment URL Report Comment Edit Delete the vibrators "pure mania" might be the great lost punk album of the 70s; also check out the adverts "crossing the red sea" and stiff little fingers, who were very clash-like. i haven't heard the slits in probably 30 years--my recollection was they couldn't play their instruments, in a cool sort of way.
