Harman Kardon Tech around Houston?

I have a H/K Citation 16 that was packed for a number of months. I attempted to power it up and the breaker trips every time. There is quite a power surge when you plug it in...you can feel it. It smoked up one of the prongs. I would like to have someone look at it around the Houston area to avoid expensive shipping costs.

Anyone know a good technician in the Houston area? THANKS
