| Streamer always on? Not sure I never had the node 2. Actually I hold for 5 seconds not 3 and it's called vacation mode , I assume it's powered down as it will not respond to the app until I wake it up by touching the play / pause again on the unit. | |

| Big speakers in small room at moderate volume levels I used to have the micromega M100. I only sold it because I wasn t using the room correction , hence my recommendation of the Ohm speakers. It was a very nice amp sound wise and I never heard the fan , forgot it even had one. | |

Another unknown group that's been around for about 20 some odd years , Small Potatoes, they have a couple CD on tidal " Waltz of the Wallflowers" is pretty good. American folk I know not everyone's cup of tea but a fun little group to listen to. | |
| Difference between ESS Sabre Burr Brown Wolfson DACs Hard to say what is best , it seems ESS and AK chips are used a lot now. Wolfson is now made by Cirrus Logic. I would try to listen to a few different DAC's and see what I like. |
