BEL The Wire S-24 Speaker Cable
Oh I am not maligning these products at all @roxy54. I like the looks of the TODN product, not sure how they perform. Though TODN is from Denmark. Xangsane looks well built.

@mclinnguy thank you for sharing.
Pathetic range of Topping remote
I deleted my earlier post as some may have been offended by my use of "cheap". I meant economical or entry level. I have an SMSL DAC out in my garage and I do like it. It is hooked up to an older Sony mini system I use out there.

Does the Audio press ever excite you anymore?
There are a few writers that I enjoy reading their reviews. Herb is one and Dave McNair at Part Time Audiophile.
Are audiophile products designed to initially impress then fatigue to make you upgrade?
No!

@jayctoy +1 also as your hearing changes you will try to compensate (with equipment) for diminished hearing ability across the hearing range.
I stream 24/7. Do you?
@nrenter +10.  SS equipment can be left on, many manufacturers recommend leaving them powered up unless you will be not using them for a prolonged period of time.
Music that has a hold of me beyond understanding
Gyorgy Legeti is that for me.
Recommend me a DAC under 3k
+1 @liquidsound the BP DAC is a excellent choice.
