Dedicated power circuits @ditusa Thanks for the detailed explanation. I'm using two identical runs from 20A breakers, one for analogue and one digital. Tube amp plugged into wall. Audio system is only 20' from panel so I used 12/2 Romex. No ground loop, no RFI (tested w...
I was almost 14 yrs old when Burn was released, thankfully I think I have aged well. Loved Mk 1 DP with Rod Evans, and of course Mk II with Ian Gillan, but I lost interest when Hughes and Coverdale came in. But I know a lot of people loved that lineup, too.... But Mk II came back. It was the 80s and they had a more accessible ...
Dedicated power circuits @ditusa Please explain why MC Galvanized Steel Metal Clad Cable. A metal conduit is not required to meet code in this situation. And cost will be higher than Romex 10/2.

Friday Night in San Francisco - SACD? Rumours? I'll bet the "Saturday Night in SF" SACD has outstanding sonics. The source of the recording were the original analogue tapes. It was then mixed and mastered in DSD. Al Dimeola found the tapes in his house and was involved throughout the production.
Mystery! Try removing it from your system, plug it into a different circuit, then load a disc. I know this sounds crazy
