HDMI vs 7.1-channel analogue outputs
My AVR is the DENON AVR 4400H and the DVD player is the Panasonic DP-UB9000.  I guess to your point it depends on which device has better processing.

Discovered high end around 33. Started around 43. Am 50 now. Likely would have started as a youngster if a bit of spending headroom had allowed.

Ugh.... because I have several rooms with several systems and I want integrated streaming capabilities in all of them. “Why” do you care what I “need” ?

Maybe the best solution is to just run RCAs to the c658 which is unfortunate because I think the high level is preferable.

It’s a Modwright KWA SE.  It has a high bias and low bias switch.  I have it set on high bias.

I bought it second hand and downloaded the app.   I ran it a number of months ago and looks plug and play.  I think it ask if you have subs during set up but not subs integrated with mains as in the case of the Rels. I think I must have selected “...

@George.  To clarify : So when running the RC, I would set the sub volume at 50% and the frequency at 100%? If I am understanding that, would I then leave the sub at those levels when playing music?
