Solid state amp ultimate stop... so far Pass Alephs do it for me...would like more horsepower occasionally otherwise not looking. ML 33(H)'s are possibly quieter, but musically the Aleph's are the finest.
Room Demensions, am I in trouble? buy the rives info before you do echobusters...you may not need them and all you will have accomplished is use up more space in your full to the brim area.
Pre-Amp Recommendation SF Line 3 is also a very fine choice, although higher than budget indicated. I had one for 2 years and was very satisfied with it's performance and features that are simply incredible.
Pre-Amp Recommendation used aleph P has the features you want and is very quiet unless you go to tubes for their characteristics this is a solid value and very well built piece. The non remote version is quieter than the later remote version.i would guess this is one pr...

Granite Slabs I agree with Gregm.I did marble slabs under my speakers and the bass and soundstage improved. Additionally it seems to have made the definition of instruments better and less muddled or as gregm says CLEARED.
sonic frontiers line-3 vs pass labs x-1 I owned a Line 3 before the Aleph P and the SF had tremendous authority, including slam! The Aleph P is kind of tuby and not etched and dry like some systems I have heard.I simplified my system otherwise Line 3 might still be in play as it was con...
Magneplanar 3.6R + Pass Aleph Amps Mate ? Thanks everyone for your opinions, one thing I got out of this is the need for power which I am struggling with as am not particularily interested to get into the amp game. Will look toward a very sensitive speaker instead. Thanks and enjoy the music |
