Experiences Selling Stuff On Audiogon?
No problems with Audiogon per se, but plenty of problems with shipping companies damaging items.

What is the proper loudness for listening?
I am surprised how loud some are able to listen. I use a dB meter, C-weighted, fast response. 75 dB peaks when my wife is sleeping in over the weekends. 85 dB peaks after she has joined the living, and it is LOUD to me.
odd question about stand-mount speakers

Bi-Amping Options B&W 801 Series 2
I've got the 803 D3s. Just like mine yours dip down to 3 ohms. They need current. The more the better. You need the headroom for dynamic peaks. Strap the Macs for mono for the bass and use the Rogue for the mid/treble.

VINCENT AUDIO
Have had the Vincent SP-331 hybrid stereo amp  for several years. Rated at 150W/ch/8 ohms, 300W/ch/4 ohms. No problems whatsoever. Happy with the sound.

Who else can't sleep the night before their fancy new gears arrive?
At my age I'm sound asleep by 10 every night. I could be having a Ferrari delivered the next day and I'd still be asleep by 10, but I WOULD be up before dawn to start playing with it!
Making speakers “disappear”…..
All good suggestions above. Takes work and effort to get a system dialed in, but the results are worth it! After all the hard work get the best sound by sitting in the sweet spot, not wearing glasses, and keeping eyes closed!

Does anybody pay a pro to dial their system in?
Agree with @kota1 . Do your homework reading everything you can on this forum and others and watching youtube vids. Some of the info will apply to your situation. It takes time. In a room that size you will definitely be doing (almost) near-fie...
Question: Sound Treatment behind the Listener?
Mostly absorption, a little diffusion
Question: Sound Treatment behind the Listener?
For my room, I treated all walls plus ceiling. Room sound went from bright and edgy to calm and peaceful. Bigger improvement in SQ than any gear swap. See my pics in virtual systems.
