2 or 3 way socket

Hello everyone, I’m setting up my first analog system and for starters I only have one wall socket to plug both the amp and record player, with that in mind, what would be the best budget solution? Thinking £30 tops but ideally £15 if possible.

I’m in the UK and the amp is a Sony DB 930 with 100w per channel, as I’m using two speakers (no sub) do I need to look for some adaptor that handles a minimum of 200w?

I did some reading but I was getting more confused, it seemed that some people use hospital grade stuff, if that’s a good idea, would you have any recommendation?

Sorry if this is too boring of a subject, am I correct in being concerned or will any 2 way socket do? Actually I'd like a 3-way in case I need to plug a reading light or something else, or is that not ideal?

Thanks in advance from another noob dive in :O

it seemed that some people use hospital grade stuff,
When hospital-grade is recommended it usually applies to the AC wall receptacle (grounded).

The MCRU power strip looks like a great idea, it gives you flexibility to expand your system. It also gives you the choice of power cable to plug into the wall.
