Anyone can help... Boulder 866 for Tidal...

Based on the questions you are asking it looks like you didn’t do much research before pulling the trigger on the 866.

I’ll list the possible options and you will need to do your own digging to see what fits your needs…

1. You can use Roon

2. You might be able to use MConnect app

3. You will need a streamer with Toslink or AES output to feed the DAC in the 866

Looks like the 866 has an internet connection,so you should be able to get it connected to your network.  After that, Tidal should show your 866 as a device it can connect to.  Or, Roon or Mconnect should allow connection.  Try it and let us know.
